National Law University Delhi (NLUD) and CUTS Institute for Regulation and Competition (CIRC) have partnered to offer two courses in competition policy and law. The course is designed keeping in view of the growing importance of the interface between competition policy and law and businesses. There will be a fundamental certificate course of six months and an advanced diploma course for one year.
Eligibility: The courses are designed to deliver knowledge and skills relating to competition policy and law and open new employment opportunities in competition authorities, regulatory bodies, law firms, businesses, research bodies, etc. Graduates in any discipline from a recognized university or students in their final year of graduation or third year students or above of the five-year law and management integrated programme can apply.
For the convenience of working professionals, classes will be held in the evening during weekends. CIRC is a think-tank offering research-based capacity building in the areas of competition policy and law.
