Moreover, the cut-off don’t seem to come down this year. As the admission dates are coming near, students are eagerly waiting to see the cut-off marks.
A public relation officer of the college says that the college has emerged as one of the best educational institutions for commerce education in the state. The interest of students to get a seat in the college proves the quality of education here. For higher secondary and BCom courses, the cut off marks are expected to be above 60 percent.
A faculty member of the college said for BBA admission, which is a sought-after course in recent times, students are enquiring a lot. “BBA pass outs are considered to be eligible for being recruited in some of the important management positions depending on their quality. We have only 40 seats for BBA and hopefully talented students will opt for the course which is in demand,” the faculty member said.
In HS first-year and BCom, the number of seats available this year is 330 and 600 respectively.
- Admission for HS first-year in the college will take place on June 19, while June 25 has been fixed as the date for BCom admission.
- BBA admission is scheduled to be held on June 27.
- The last date of submission of forms for HS and BCom courses in the college has already passed.
- For BBA, the last date of form submission is June 18.
