Post-Diploma Course in Thermal Power Plant Engineering (PDC-TPPE) (2014-2015)

The Government of India has issued notification for admissions to 77 seats of Post-Diploma Course in Thermal Power Plant Engineering -15th Batch (PDC-TPPE) for academic session 2014- 2015 at National Power Training Institute (NPTI)‚ Neyveli‚ Southern Region under Ministry of Power.
The course aims to develop a pool of technically trained manpower readily available for recruitment to the Indian Power Sector. Interested candidates should send their applications along with fee DD and a passport size photograph to NPTI‚ Neyveli on or before 29 September 2014.
The total intake of the course is 77 seats.
Duration: 1 year consists of 2 semesters
Course Fees: Rs.135000
Eligibility:
- Candidate must have 3 years Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electrical and Electronics.
Admission Procedure:
- Admission will be offered to the candidates on Merit basis — on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the Diploma course.
- Interested and eligible candidates should send their applications along with fee DD and a passport size photograph to ‘The Principal Director‚ National Power Training Institute (Southern Region)‚ Block- 14/ 21‚ Neyveli – 607803’so as to reach the concerned authority on or before 29 September 2014.
