Applications have been invited by Shiv Nadar University, Uttar Pradesh for admission to MBA programme. The MBA programme will offer an electives-based structure for students to explore diverse areas of importance to business management based on their interests.

The university is a multi-disciplinary, student-centric, research-focused university offering a full range of academic programmes at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level. It is part of a series of initiatives launched by the Shiv Nadar Foundation, a private foundation funded by Shiv Nadar, founder and chairman of HCL Enterprise.

Curriculum approach: The curriculum is designed to allow students to major in a particular subject while also studying and experimenting with a range of other minor and elective subjects (with only limited number of seats in minor courses). This allows every student with high SGPA to pick and choose a wide spectrum of subjects and some options even for average students.

Eligibility

Candidates should possess bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 50 per cent marks or equivalent CGPA from any of the recognised universities, deemed universities, institutions of national importance or from a professional body including ICAI, ICSI, ICWAI, etc.

Selection procedure: The selection would be on the basis of CAT, GMAT score card, group discussion and personal interview.

Candidates are required to fill up the online application form.  An application fees of Rs 1000 by credit/debit card or demand draft drawn in favour of Shiv Nadar University payable at Noida is to be paid. Demand draft to be sent in favor of Shiv Nadar University, Admissions Office, NH91, Tehsil Dadri. Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh – 201314.

Important dates: The last date for submission of applications is December 15, 2014
